Delivery and returns

Delivery choice:

At checkout, when placing your order, you are able to choose from 3 different deliveries.
Whatever the selected delivery may be, the parcel can only be delivered if signed.
– Pick-up point: choose a pick-up point in the list. You will receive an email from our shipping partner with all information regarding the delivery time.
– Scheduled delivery at home: DPD Predict will get in touch with you per email and/or text in order to offer an appointment time, that you can change if needed.
– Regular at home delivery: DPD will deliver the parcel directly to your address. If you are not home, a delivery notice will be left.

Information about your parcel shipment:

After the validation and payment of your order, you will receive a recap email from Ravene. 
When your parcel will be ready to be shipped our warehouse will send you an email to provide you with the tracking link.
Afterwards, DPD is the one informing you of the next shipping steps until delivery.

The standard delivery time of a Ravene order is between 3 to 5 working days.

We currently are not able to ship to French overseas departments and territories.

Delivery costs for My Ravene exclusive products:

Delivery of My Ravene exclusive products is free in France (excluding difficult delivery zones and mountain communities or Corsica and islands) if they are ordered alone. For other destinations, or if ordered with Ravene products, check the corresponding terms of delivery above.

Returns procedure:

You must carefully check on delivery that the packaging of the delivered products is undamaged and that the delivered products are intact, complete and in accordance with your order. If you notice any damage or non-conformity whatsoever, report it immediately to the carrier and specify it on the delivery note, then contact Ravene customer service by phone or email.

In case of a delivery error (reference or quantity) or breakage during transportation, you can make a return request within a maximum of five days following receipt of your order, by logging in to your customer account and going to your order history. This return request must be confirmed in advance by the Company which may ask you for proof of error or the alleged breakage. If your return request is validated due to delivery error or a defect in the delivered product, the return costs are payable by the company.

Subject to your return request being validated by the Company, if a parcel return is necessary, you must go to the website http://destinataires.dpd.fr/ then click on: “Manage your returns”. You will then be asked to enter the tracking number of the parcel that you would like to return, which will then allow you to print the return slip to stick on your parcel. Lastly, the parcel must be deposited at one of the parcel pick-up points on the Pickup parcelshop network, specified on the DPD website: http://www.dpd.fr/recherche_relais.
